A Bit Better is a private nutrition and habit tracker. Connect an AI assistant and it can log meals with calories and protein, attach meal photos, and record steps, water, sleep, weight and workouts. It can also check your day and weekly insights against your targets. You stay in control: the connection shows its scope when you approve it, every write is recorded in an audit list, and you can revoke access at any time from You → Assistants. The app is an overview of what your assistant logs, with manual logging as a fallback.
