CalorieGoals is a calorie and nutrient food log. Connected to Claude, you can log what you eat conversationally instead of searching a database and tapping through portion pickers. Say "I had a bowl of oatmeal with blueberries" and it looks up the foods, picks sensible portions, and records them for you. Ask "how many calories do I have left today?" and it answers from your actual goal. Easily create reusable recipes and groups by asking Claude to parse a recipe url, and more. Make a mistake: Claude can easily remove a mistake but is limited only to food it added to the current day. The connection is read and write over your food, excercise and water log only. It cannot see your name, email, settings or billing details, cannot change your goals, and cannot delete your history. Connecting requires a CalorieGoals Premium subscription, which is available as a trial to all users with no credit card required, and can be purchased in the app or on the web.
