Args: breed: Breed name, ideally exactly as returned by search_breeds. age_years: Pet's age in years (affects condition relevance). zip_code: 5-digit US ZIP (vet costs vary by region).

Get live US pet insurance quotes for a dog or cat. ALL fields are required. Collect them conversationally in this order before calling: pet type, the pet's name, gender (male/female), breed (ALWAYS resolve via search_breeds - only breeds from that list are accepted), age IN YEARS AND MONTHS (ask explicitly for both, e.g. "2 years and 3 months", or "0 years and 5 months" for a young puppy/kitten), 5-digit US ZIP code (US residents only), and finally the email address. Returns ranked providers with real monthly prices, coverage tiers (annual limit / deductible / reimbursement) and a continue_link per provider that opens the insurer's site with the user's details pre-filled.
