Renders carrier cards with estimated prices, ratings, and recommendations directly (no separate render step needed). The user clicks a carrier card to go to the carrier's site for a real quote — submission via chat is intentionally not supported. Call this tool at every stage as the user shares more info — each call returns better estimates and refreshes the cards.
