explain_tool

Get file content by ID. Response always includes fileName, contentType, and sizeBytes metadata. - **Text files** (txt, csv, html, json, xml): returned as text content - **Images** (png, jpg, gif, etc.): returned as native image content - **extractText=true**: extracts readable text from PDF/DOCX.
