FirstTouch

Adds contacts to an existing audience. Before calling, call get_workspace_guide with topic=audiences. Each contact requires an email or a first name, last name, and company domain.

add_audience_contacts

Attaches an existing audience to an existing flow plan. Before calling, call get_workspace_guide with topic=audiences.

attach_audience_to_flow

Creates a FirstTouch audience from supplied contacts or a HubSpot contact list. Before calling, call get_workspace_guide with topic=audiences.

create_audience

Creates a reusable flow plan. Before calling, call get_workspace_guide once with topic=flow_creation and once with topic=flow_root. A complete flow.root action tree is required. Every email and call outreach action always requires individual human approval before execution, including outreach to contacts who have not opted in. The Workspace MCP forces is_human_approval_required=true and this requirement cannot be disabled.

create_flow_plan

Starts selected awaiting items in a published flow plan. Before calling, call get_workspace_guide with topic=enrollments.

enroll_awaiting_flow_items

Returns the current FirstTouch user and team names, ids, permissions, and active teams for future workspace switching. Contains no access tokens, raw auth headers, or secret values.
