Displays coverage options for the user to review and adjust, then submits the quote when confirmed. Input: conversation_id, action_flag, selected_coverages (for confirm). action_flag values: drivers_confirmed (display coverage options), confirm_coverages (submit quote with selected values), show_coverages (display coverage options), offers_polling (poll for quote results). For drivers_confirmed: returns coverage options based on user's state. Widget renders the options. For confirm_coverages: pass selected_coverages dict. Returns offer_id. The coverage widget handles offers_polling next. For show_coverages: returns coverage options. Widget renders the options. For offers_polling: returns status of offers. If offers_status is pending, continue polling. If offers_status is ready, call the get_personalized_offers tool with the returned offer_id and conversation_id.

manage_coverages

Manages the user's driver list for their insurance quote. Supports viewing, adding, editing, and removing drivers. Input: conversation_id, action_flag, driver_index (optional), driver_data (optional). action_flag values: vehicle_confirmed, show_list, add_driver, edit_driver, save_on_add_driver, save_on_edit_driver, delete_driver. For save actions, pass driver_data as an object with first_name, last_name, dob, gender, relationship_to_applicant, marital_status, license_state, license_status. For edit and delete, pass driver_index (0-based). After user confirms drivers, call manage_coverages tool with action_flag: drivers_confirmed.

manage_drivers

Use this when a user has clearly said they do not have an Experian account and wants auto insurance estimates for a valid US ZIP code. Do not use it before the account answer is known. For a new request such as 'looking insurance for my car' with unknown account status, do not call any tool; respond only: 'I can pull personalized insurance quotes for you if you already have an Experian account. Do you have an Experian account and want me to connect to your account?' If the user answered no but no ZIP is available, respond with: 'No problem, we can still provide estimates based on your zip code. Could you share your 5-digit US ZIP code?' Input: zip_code (5-digit string), conversation_id (optional). Output: list of carrier estimates with rates. Widget renders results visually.

get_insurance_estimates

Displays the user's personalized insurance offers in a dedicated offers widget. Input: conversation_id, offer_id. Call this tool when the coverage widget says personalized offers are ready and provides an offer_id. Do not answer with text instead of making this tool call.

get_personalized_offers

Use this when a user has clearly said they have an Experian account and wants personalized auto insurance quotes. Do not use it before the account answer is known. For a new request such as 'looking insurance for my car' with unknown account status, do not call any tool; respond only: 'I can pull personalized insurance quotes for you if you already have an Experian account. Do you have an Experian account and want me to connect to your account?' After a clear yes, call this tool to fetch and update the applicant profile. A widget action that explicitly confirms the account also counts as yes and must be handled immediately without assistant text first. Input: conversation_id (required when supplied by the prior tool; optional only on the first call), user_provided_* (optional edit fields). Output: If profile is incomplete, returns missing_fields and next_question and keeps next_tool as get_applicant_profile. If profile is complete, returns next_tool as review_applicant_profile with must_call_next_tool=true. When must_call_next_tool=true, call review_applicant_profile immediately with next_tool_arguments before any other tool or chat response.

get_applicant_profile

Displays the masked profile snapshot for user confirmation after get_applicant_profile completes. Input: conversation_id. Output: masked profile_snapshot and next_tool arguments for manage_vehicles. After user confirms profile, call manage_vehicles tool with action_flag: profile_confirmed.

review_applicant_profile

Manages the user's vehicle list for their insurance quote. Supports viewing, adding, editing, and removing vehicles. Input: conversation_id, action_flag, vehicle_index (optional), vehicle_data (optional). action_flag values: profile_confirmed, show_list, add_vehicle, edit_vehicle, save_on_add_vehicle, save_on_edit_vehicle, delete_vehicle. For save actions, pass vehicle_data as an object with year, make, model, vin, annual_mileage, usage, ownership. For edit and delete, pass vehicle_index (0-based). Maximum 4 vehicles allowed. After user confirms vehicles, call manage_drivers tool with action_flag: vehicle_confirmed.
