Integration details
Description
HelpDocs is a dedicated knowledge base for support teams. One set of articles serves the people reading your help center and the AI agents answering on your behalf. This connector gives Claude direct access to that knowledge base. Read: Search across your articles and fetch the full published content, not a summary of it. Browse categories, check permission groups, and pull analytics on views and search performance. Write: Draft new articles and categories, edit the ones you have, and publish when you're ready. Edits to an already published article stack up as a working copy, so your live help center stays exactly as it is until you publish it. Flag stale content: When Claude notices an article has gone out of date, it can mark it stale with a reason. Stale articles collect into a review queue in your admin app and into the weekly digest. The article carries on serving readers as normal, so nothing breaks while you catch up. Recover: Restore articles from the trash. Articles live in one of three states: draft, published to your live help center, or private at an unlisted URL. Claude works with all three and won't move an article between them on its own. Write tools prompt before they run. A few honest limits. Publishing needs the content:publish permission on your HelpDocs account. Claude edits one language version of an article at a time. Analytics cover the window HelpDocs reports on, not all-time history. You need a HelpDocs account to connect. Start at helpdocs.io.

How do I improve a Community connector's discoverability?
The levers are the listing surface agents actually read: names, descriptions, keywords, tool metadata, and registry health. Which lever matters depends on where discovery breaks, which is what continuous measurement shows.
