Aggregate support health for this workspace over a window of days: conversation volume, open vs closed, average CSAT, sentiment split and busiest channels. Use it to answer 'how is support doing'.

get_support_overview

Triage recent conversations: confirmed human escalations first, then open or pending conversations. Open/pending status alone does NOT prove an unanswered question or AI failure. Read the transcript and check knowledge before proposing training.
