update_persona

AI-generate a draft quiz for the project from its knowledge and training goals. Review with list_quiz_questions, then persist with save_quiz. The first generation is free; on access-code connections each re-run consumes one of 3 quiz generations.

generate_quiz

Start AI persona generation for a project from its knowledge base plus your business context. Requires knowledgeReady=true (see get_project_setup_status). BEFORE calling this, call suggest_training_goals (grounded in the project's knowledge), agree the final 2-5 goals with the user (they can edit or add manual ones), and pass them as trainingGoals — goals steer the personas' scenarios and objections, and omitting them falls back to generic template defaults. Async: poll setup status (wait:true) until personaGeneration=completed, then call list_generated_personas to review every persona WITH the user before activating. The first full generation is free; on access-code connections each re-run consumes one of 3 AI generations.

generate_personas

Key metrics for one training project: total/completed voice sessions, average AI score (0-10), trainee counts, and first-vs-recent progression across trainees.

get_project_kpis

Setup pipeline state for one project: document ingestion statuses, whether the knowledge base is ready, persona generation progress, quiz state, current feature toggles, and what to do next. While documents or persona generation are processing, call it with wait:true and chain calls WITHOUT asking the user anything: each call blocks up to ~25s server-side and returns early when processing finishes, so you can announce the result to the user yourself.

get_project_setup_status

Who trained and how it went over the last N days (default 1) for one project: session count, average score, per-trainee breakdown. Perfect for 'did the team work well yesterday?'.

get_recent_activity

Returns the web link where the user uploads FILES (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel...) into this project's knowledge. Use it whenever the user mentions or attaches a document file: do NOT paste text you extracted from a file into add_knowledge_text — uploaded files go through Replio's full parsing pipeline (layout, tables, figures) and pasted extractions do not. Share the link, tell the user to upload there and say when they are done, then poll get_project_setup_status and tell them when processing has finished.

get_upload_link

Copy a character from the organization's Persona Library into a project. Projects in setup receive it in the draft persona pool (reviewable, survives regeneration, becomes live at activation); ACTIVE projects get a live persona immediately. Import is a COPY: later library edits never change imported personas. Translation is AUTOMATIC: the sheet is adapted to the project language when the character's recorded language differs (same language stays verbatim, dialects included). Pass translate only to override: true forces adaptation, false forces verbatim. The imported persona speaks the project's language either way.

import_library_persona

Invite trainees to an ACTIVE project by email (sends localized invitation emails; refused while the project is still in setup). Ask the user first whether they want to invite trainees now from the chat or later from the dashboard. Invitees are saved in the organization's contact library, filed into a group named after the project. Max 100 per call; access codes may also carry a total invitation cap set by the manager — if exceeded, the error states the remaining budget. STRICT RULE: only invite email addresses the user EXPLICITLY listed in this conversation. Never guess, invent, or reuse addresses from other contexts. If the user has not given the exact list of emails yet, ask for it and wait - then confirm the final list with the user before calling this tool.

invite_trainees

Full detail of the project's draft quiz questions (question, options, correct answer, explanation, difficulty). Present them to the user and offer changes before save_quiz.

list_quiz_questions

Full detail of every generated (draft) persona: personality, background, goals, difficulty, scenario and objections — exactly what the dashboard review screen shows. Call this after generation completes and present each persona to the user, then offer edits, regeneration or activation.

list_generated_personas

Full detail of every LIVE persona of an ACTIVE project (name, role, personality, background, goals, difficulty, communication style, objections — including hidden coaching fields not shown to trainees). Use this — not list_generated_personas — once the project is activated, e.g. before update_persona / delete_persona. For projects still in setup, use list_generated_personas instead. Requires write access (unavailable on read-only reporting codes).

list_personas

List the organization-level Persona Library: reusable characters (recurring customers, patients, candidates...) that can be copied into any training project with import_library_persona. Each character records the language its sheet is written in; at import the sheet is adapted to the project language automatically when they differ. Requires write access.

Replace ONE draft persona with a freshly generated one (optionally guided by instructions like 'make it a hospital procurement director'). Consumes one AI generation on access-code connections (3 max).

regenerate_quiz_question

Persist the confirmed quiz questions so trainees can take them (minimum 5, maximum 30). Omit acceptedQuestionIds to save all draft questions. Free — no AI generation consumed. Tip: to give trainees a self-serve practice area for this quiz, enable standaloneQuizzesEnabled via set_project_features.

save_quiz

Rename the training project (and optionally set a short description). Client connections: call this FIRST with the name the user wants for their training, before adding knowledge.

set_project_details

AI training-goal suggestions grounded in the project's linked Knowledge Library documents (same engine as the web wizard). Call it once knowledgeReady=true and BEFORE generate_personas: show the suggestions to the user, let them edit, remove or add their own manual goals, then pass the agreed list as trainingGoals to generate_personas. Pass existingGoals to get complementary suggestions instead of duplicates.
