add_deals
Applies a memo-section draft the investor saw and said yes to in this chat (only that event_id). The memo updates right away and can be undone in PrefMark. Figures and stance changes still wait for Accept in PrefMark.
apply_memo_edit
The deal's current facts (ARR, burn, runway, raise…) with value, evidence tier, who asserted it, source and date, plus earlier values it replaced. Founder claims are never shown as verified. Read-only.
get_evidence
Call this BEFORE showing the investor any rewritten memo text. PrefMark polishes it (facts unchanged) and returns current_text, proposed_text and event_id. Show Current and New; apply on a yes, or right away if the request asked to update the memo.
draft_memo_edit
Finds the deal a name or text refers to. exact: one deal. likely: the text names part of one deal; use it and say its full name, but confirm with the investor before submitting anything. ambiguous: ask which one; never guess. none: not in PrefMark. Read-only.
resolve_deal
Lists your PrefMark deals, newest first: name, stage, sector, the memo stance (Greenlight / Watch / Pass), proposals waiting for review, and as-of. Paginated with next_cursor. Read-only.
list_deals
The deal's diligence questions from PrefMark's tracker, blockers first, with ids. include=all adds answered and resolved questions with their answers and evidence. Read-only.
get_open_questions
Proposals agents submitted for this deal that the investor has not reviewed yet, with review links into PrefMark. Read-only.
get_pending_changes

remove_question
Saves meeting notes, an email or any text to the deal's Materials in PrefMark, where it is read like an uploaded file. Saved right away; it informs the next memo refresh and never changes the stance by itself.
add_note
Relays a statement, facts, or a proposed memo-section edit. PrefMark never changes the stance or the memo by itself; anything new waits for the investor to accept in PrefMark.
submit_deal_event
Changes a deal's name, stage, sector, website, HQ, round size, lead investor or short description in PrefMark. Pass only what changes; an empty string clears a field. Saved right away. Never changes the stance or the memo.
update_deal
Records an answer, evidence or notes on a tracker question, or changes its status (open, in_review, resolved, blocker), wording or due date. Saved right away; pass only what changes.
update_question
What materially changed on the deal since the investor last reviewed it in PrefMark (default), or since a given time: the memo's own 'Since last time' lines, plus proposals waiting for review. Read-only.
