describe_raise
Drafts an introduction message for a specific investor contact. Output is a draft only: the user reviews and sends it from their own accounts. This tool sends nothing. Audience is professional allocators whose role is evaluating investment opportunities. If you provide your own email template or writing sample, the assistant will use the returned draft as source material and match your template and voice. Sender identity fields (sender_first_name, sender_role, sender_firm) must come directly from the end user. Never guess, infer from public sources, prior conversation, or web knowledge, and never invent a name, title, or firm. If any required sender field is unknown, ask the user before calling this tool. Drafts are generated only for contacts delivered through CapitalDart. If the contact was not delivered through CapitalDart, no draft is generated and the user is directed to get verified contacts first.

Returns ranked institutional investor firms matched to a capital raise, 10 per call with fit rationale, from CapitalDart's proprietary directory. Read-only, consumes no credits. For best results, call describe_raise first and pass its full JSON plan as plan_or_description. Plain-language descriptions are accepted but produce broader, less precise matches. Follow with get_contacts to obtain contacts at selected firms.
find_investors
Returns the Investor Readiness Report for one of the user's deals: status and expected duration while processing, or a digest of the completed analysis (readiness score, recommendation, strengths, objections, recommended deck changes) with a link to the full report in the CapitalDart app; also reports what a new version would cost. Read-only, consumes no credits.
get_readiness_report
Returns the drafted outreach (email and LinkedIn) for one delivered contact on the signed-in user's deal. Read-only, consumes no credits. Drafts are for the user to review and send from their own accounts; nothing is sent.
