Piano 1024

Generate an interval, chord-quality, or scale drill on the Piano 1024 synth, then COACH the user. The correct answer is returned to you (the model) so you can grade their guess — keep it hidden until they answer. Playback is on tap (no autoplay): ask them to tap the card to hear it, then to name what they heard. The card also has a Reveal button. Track their streak in the chat and adapt the level.

ear_training

Render and play any musical object on the Piano 1024 synth: a single note, a chord, a chord PROGRESSION, a SCALE/mode, or a MELODY. Pick `kind`. The widget plays when the user TAPS it (hosts block autoplay) — so invite the tap; never claim it already played. CO-EDITING: the full song is returned in structured output. To revise a previous render ('darker', 'slower', 'in my key', 'add a 7th'), call this again with the changed fields and set `changed` to a short human note of what you altered (shown as a ribbon). Use roman numerals (I, vi, ii7) WITH `key`, or absolute chord symbols (Cmaj7, F#m, Bb13). After rendering, the card's controls are all client-side: Loop, 0.5× (slow), octave shift, transpose, and switch voice.

play_music

Set up a metronome for tempo practice; optionally pitch the click to a tonic. It starts when the user TAPS the card (no autoplay), and they can play along on the keys below. Tell them to tap to start. For a compound or odd meter, pass `timeSig` (e.g. [6,8], [7,8], [3,4]) and the click pattern + label are derived automatically — you don't need to set beats/subdivision yourself.

start_pulse

Present a melody for the user to LEARN on the keys — broken into phrases, with follow-along highlighting and phrase-by-phrase practice. Supply the melody YOU know (you are great at this: nursery rhymes, themes, riffs). Optionally add a simple left-hand part for hands-separate practice. Playback is on tap (no autoplay) — invite the tap, then the user uses the card's Play / Loop / Slow controls; when you add a left hand the card shows a Both / R / L hands toggle so they can practice one hand at a time. Encourage them, name the phrase boundaries, suggest fingering in chat.
