Use it directly after a calls-list result when the user asks for the last/latest/selected call. Do not narrate that you are about to load context; call the tool, then answer once with a concise final summary.

get_call_context_packet

Use this when the Aira call widget needs details for one selected call, including summary, collected data, transcript availability, and recording availability. This is widget support data; do not repeat the widget details unless the user specifically asks for a text summary.
