aggregate_metrics

Compare account performance between two time periods — spend, clicks, impressions, conversions, CTR, CPA, ROAS — with absolute and percent deltas. Defaults to week-over-week. Use when the user asks "how does this week compare to last week", "MoM", "WoW", "is it better than last month", or any period-over-period question.

compare_periods

Fetch the cached account-audit snapshot — overall score, counts of critical/warning/passed checks, top diagnostics, and wasted spend. The audit is locked to a refresh window, so this returns whatever was last computed (currently a 30-day analysis window). ALWAYS pass the user's requested lookback_days: if it differs from the snapshot's window the result says so (window_mismatch) — then be explicit with the user about the actual window and offer get_account_summary({days}) for their requested period. Never caption a 30-day audit as a different window.

get_account_audit

Fetch headline performance metrics (spend, conversions, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and a per-campaign breakdown for the user's currently selected Google Ads account. Use this when the user asks "how is the account doing", wants a recap, or needs aggregate numbers. Returns money formatted in the account currency.

get_account_summary

List ads on the account with type, ad strength, headlines/descriptions (for RSAs), status, and recent performance. Use when the user asks "what ads are running", "show my ads", wants to spot weak creative, or is investigating low-strength RSAs. Removed ads are excluded.

get_ads

Show the current Adszy plan, MCP allowance, remaining calls, and reset date. This does not consume the MCP allowance.

get_mcp_usage

List recent unresolved anomalies detected on the account and explain whether this account is configured for monitoring. Use this when the user asks "anything weird going on", "any alerts", "what's broken", or wants a health check. An empty anomaly list is only meaningful when monitoring.account_monitored is true.

Note: competitor-specific overlap data is not available via the Google Ads API; this returns your own share-of-voice metrics.

get_auction_insights

Per-campaign budget pacing — daily budget vs recent average daily spend, with a pace ratio so the user can see who is overspending or starving. Use when the user asks "how is pacing", "are we hitting budget", "any campaigns overspending", or wants to reallocate budget.

get_budget_pacing

Get per-campaign configuration: status, channel type (SEARCH / DISPLAY / SHOPPING / PERFORMANCE_MAX / VIDEO), bidding strategy (TARGET_CPA, TARGET_ROAS, MAXIMIZE_CONVERSIONS, MANUAL_CPC, etc.), target CPA / ROAS values, daily budget. Use BEFORE proposing bid/budget/bidding-strategy changes so the proposal matches what the campaign actually supports (e.g. don't propose adjust_keyword_bid on a Target CPA campaign).
