Integration details
Description
Watch Any Video lets Claude watch videos: public YouTube links, links to video files, public Google Drive and Dropbox links, and recordings you upload. Share a link or upload a file and ask a question: the connector analyses what is seen and heard in the video with Google's Gemini model and returns an answer with timestamps, or a summary if you don't ask anything specific. Tools: • watch_video watches a video from a link or an upload and answers a question about it, or summarises it. Longer videos return a job ID. • upload_video returns a private, one-time upload link for a video file on your device (up to 2 GB), such as a meeting or screen recording downloaded from Zoom, Loom or Teams. • check_job returns the answer for a longer video that is still being processed. • ask_video answers follow-up questions about a video already watched, from its timestamped breakdown. • my_usage shows the signed-in account, its plan and the minutes of video used this month. • whoami shows which account the connector is signed in with. All tools are read-only. Supported: public YouTube videos (including Shorts and past live streams), direct links to video files, public Google Drive and Dropbox links, and uploaded files, up to about three hours long. Not supported: private or unlisted YouTube videos, and links to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or X. An account is created the first time you sign in (email and password, or Google). The free plan includes 60 minutes of video a month, and follow-up questions don't use minutes. A Pro plan with 20 hours a month is described at watchanyvideo.com/pricing. Videos are never stored by us: uploads go from your browser straight to Google's Gemini API, video links pass through to it without being saved, and Google deletes these files after 48 hours. Questions and answers are kept for 7 days; written breakdowns are kept for 30 days.
