What you can do in Claude with the Hero connector • Search meeting transcripts by keyword, meaning, date range, or workspace to pull the full transcript with per-speaker segments. • Find and read Hero-generated artifacts like call summaries, account research, saved notes, and uploaded files. • Browse and revisit your Hero conversation threads. • Get a list of your Workspaces (accounts and deals) to scope your work.
