The GoodTime connector gives Claude live access to your recruiting operations data, so you can find answers, spot trends, and handle routine admin in plain language, with no exports or dashboards required. Ask Claude to: Review interviews: upcoming and completed, with full activity timelines and templates Analyze interviewing operations: interviewer workload and response times, cancellation and reschedule reasons, coordinator activity, and industry benchmarks Understand candidate experience: NPS and Pulse trends, promoter and detractor themes, and comments by job, stage, or department Explore ATS data: jobs, stages, interview steps, scorecard templates, and applications Audit evaluation disparities across available demographic categories (for authorized reviewers) Manage interviewers: search by pool or tag, and update status, titles, availability, and pool membership Run interviewer training: build paths and classes, enroll interviewers, and track completion Try: "Which interviewers are approaching an unsustainable workload?", "What are the top themes in detractor feedback this quarter?", or "Enroll these five interviewers in the Engineering Interviewer Certification path." The connector supports read and write actions for interviewers, tags, and training, and respects each user's existing GoodTime permissions. It doesn't schedule, reschedule, or cancel interviews, or modify ATS records. Claude may ask for approval before making changes.
