ecoExperten Energieausweis

The ecoExperten connector brings Germany's legally required energy performance certificate (Energieausweis) into the AI chat. Anyone renting out or selling residential property in Germany needs one — with this connector the entire order happens in conversation: 1. Advise: get product info on which certificate type applies and which data is needed (building details plus three consecutive annual heating bills). 2. Validate: a free dry-run checks all inputs against the German Buildings Energy Act (GEG) — e.g. the 18-month limit on consumption data, mandatory demand-based certificates under § 80(3), vacancy thresholds — without ordering. 3. Order: After the user explicitly confirms the terms and the payment obligation, bestellung_aufgeben creates a pending order and sends a confirmation link to the buyer's email address. The order becomes binding only when that link is clicked — unconfirmed orders expire automatically after 48 hours. Purchase on invoice, no payment flow inside the chat. Built-in duplicate-order protection prevents accidental repeat purchases. 4. Track: bestell_status reports the processing stage. The lookup requires the order number plus the email address on the order, and returns no personal or building data. Certificates are issued by registered energy consultants at CO5 engineering office for sustainable construction (PartG mbB, Berlin), carry an official DIBt registration number, and are delivered as PDF by e-mail, within 1–2 business days.
