Clau.io

Clau.io is the loyalty, e-commerce and customer platform used by restaurants and retailers in Latin America. This connector links Claude to one Clau business so owners and managers can ask about their data and act on it without opening the dashboard. What you can do - Sales: daily sales summaries by store and payment method, purchase lists and the points earned by each purchase. - Customers: find a customer by email, phone or external ID; see their profile, points history, redemptions, rewards and purchases; add notes and tags. - Loyalty: points issued, used and about to expire; tier analysis; best, frequent, new and inactive customers; referrals. - Promotions: list rewards, coupons and promotions with their usage and discounts; create or update them and add stock. - Segments and campaigns: build customer groups from filters; view email campaigns, templates and groups. - Automations: view automated tasks and their runs; turn them on or off. How it works You sign in with your Clau dashboard account and choose exactly which permissions to grant. Read permissions never change data. Write permissions are labeled, must be granted explicitly and are capped by your role in the dashboard. Each connection belongs to one business and creates an API key you can revoke at any time in Settings > API Keys. To switch businesses, disconnect and connect again. Requirements A Clau.io business and a dashboard user with the API Keys permission. Limitations Clau.io never moves money: payments, gift card balances and card data are not available. Results are summarized or paginated to keep answers short; very large reports return the first rows and say how many were omitted.
