Smart Storage by AVIntelligence gives Claude a reviewable record of your files. Bring spreadsheets, CSVs, statements or invoices; each becomes structured records linked to its source, so Claude works from the same checked data every session. What you can do depends on what you bring: track spending or revenue over time, compare periods, check one source against another, build client updates and decks, or ask new questions of data you've already reviewed. When new files arrive, saved reports refresh with the same rules, so a change in the numbers reflects a change in the data. How it works • Save files in the web app or from Claude. • Anything uncertain is flagged. You review and correct it, and the correction stays with the record. • Save column mappings, reports and dashboard charts once. They recompute from current records and show what they covered and left out. It works alongside Claude Projects, Cowork and memory: they keep your conversations; Smart Storage keeps the reviewed records behind your numbers. What Claude can do • Save files you share in the chat and check processing status. • Look up files, records, flagged items and the source file behind a value. • Set up reusable column mappings and dataset links, previewed first. • Save and rerun reports and dashboard charts. • Export eligible expenses as QuickBooks or Xero import CSV. Access and limits • OAuth sign-in; access is account-level. Folder and file filters narrow requests but are not a security boundary within the account. • Spreadsheets up to 300 rows per sheet for now. CSV and XLSX work best from Claude; PDFs and photos upload best in the web app. Extraction uses OpenAI and Anthropic APIs and can miss or misread values, which is why review is built in. • It doesn't read Claude chats or memory. • A data and workflow tool, not accounting, tax, legal or compliance advice.
