Searches ZAP Imóveis or Viva Real listings and renders the results in a property carousel widget. WHEN TO CALL: - The user explicitly asks to find, search, browse, or compare properties for sale or rent. - The user requests a search filtered by keyword, property type, price range, size, or location. - The user asks to refine or continue a previous search. SEARCH EXECUTION: - Start the search immediately with available information. No field is mandatory. - Defaults when not specified: business → SALE; location → no location filter; type → no type filter; price/bedrooms/parking → no filter. - When possible, extract structured fields from the user request: city → addressCity, state → addressState, neighborhood → addressNeighborhood, bedroom count → bedrooms array, bathroom count → bathrooms array, parking count → parkingSpaces array, price range → priceMin/priceMax, property type → unitTypesV3. Reserve q ONLY for qualitative descriptors that have no dedicated field (e.g., "gourmet balcony", "near subway", "renovated"). - Location priority: prefer addressCity, addressState, and addressLocationId. When the user mentions a neighborhood, always send addressNeighborhood. - When refining or paginating a previous search, pass the context.resolvedLocationId from the prior result as addressLocationId to reuse the exact location the API resolved. - Use the `title` field to label each result group with meaningful context (e.g., "Apartments up to R$ 700k in Recife"). - For multiple distinct property types in a single request, create one query object per type. ON EMPTY RESULTS: explain the outcome and offer 2–3 concrete alternatives (e.g., expand location, relax bedroom count, adjust price range).
