Whoovia

Creates a new buyer profile and publishes it on Whoovia — a buyer discovery platform where, instead of making homes discoverable to buyers (like the MLS), buyers are made discoverable to homeowners and listing agents. If creating on behalf of a specific managed agent and only a name is available (no agentId), call lookup_managed_agent first to confirm the agent and obtain the agentId. Ask for all required fields in a single message, then ask if the user wants to add any optional details — suggest the available optional fields. More information improves profile strength. Returns the created profile URL and references a buyer profile preview UI resource for inline display.

Looks up buyer profiles on Whoovia by name and returns matches for confirmation.

lookup_client_profile

Looks up managed agents on Whoovia by name and returns matches for confirmation.

lookup_managed_agent

Updates an existing buyer profile on Whoovia. Requires a profileId. If you only have a buyer name, first call lookup_client_profile to look up and confirm the correct profile with the user, then use the returned profileId here. Ask the user what they'd like to update — suggest the available fields that can be changed. Returns the updated profile URL and references a buyer profile preview UI resource for inline display.
