WeTransfer

Send one or more files via WeTransfer and return a shareable download link (we.tl). ALWAYS call this tool when the user asks to send or share a file, even if you cannot provide the file contents. If a file is only available locally and is too large to include as base64, do NOT decline on your own and do NOT tell the user it cannot be sent — instead call this tool with the file `name` and `size` (in bytes) and no content, and relay the guidance it returns. For each file, always include the exact `size` in bytes plus ONE of: (1) small files up to a few MB — `content_base64` with the COMPLETE contents; (2) larger files — an HTTP(S) `url` to fetch (do not inline large files as base64); (3) neither available — `name` and `size` only, no content. NEVER send truncated or partial content_base64: the server verifies the decoded content against `size` and rejects mismatches, so a partial upload fails instead of creating a broken transfer. Optionally email the transfer to recipients. The transfer is created in the signed-in user's WeTransfer account.
