Watchr

Get all unwatched episodes for shows in the user's watchlist. Returns episodes already aired (continue watching) and optionally upcoming, grouped by show. Pass includeUpcoming=true to also list future episodes. Each show includes unwatchedEpisodes with season, episode, name, airDate, and an 'aired' flag (true if already broadcast, false if upcoming). Pass type='movie' to list unwatched movies instead.

Get upcoming episodes for shows in the user's watchlist. Returns episodes grouped by time period: today, this week, next week, and later. No parameters needed — uses the authenticated user's watchlist.

Get the user's watch progress for a specific show — how many episodes watched, total episodes, current season/episode, and percentage. showId accepts either the Watchr show ID or a TMDB ID. Use this when the user asks 'where am I in show X?' or 'how far along am I?'.

List the shows and movies in the user's watchlist with pagination. Each item includes watch status, progress, and last watched episode. Use page and limit for pagination (default 20 items per page).

This does NOT post a comment — use add_comment for that. Use unrate_show to remove a rating.

Remove a show or movie from the user's watchlist entirely. This deletes the tracking entry, ratings are preserved. showId accepts either the Watchr show ID or a TMDB ID. This is irreversible.

Search for TV shows and movies by title. Returns a list of matches with TMDB IDs, titles, posters, and release years. Use this first to find a show before using other tools that need a showId or tmdbId.

Mark a single specific episode as watched or unwatched. Requires showId, season number, episode number, and a boolean 'watched'. showId accepts either the Watchr show ID or a TMDB ID. Use mark_episodes_up_to to mark multiple episodes at once.

Add or remove a show from the user's favorites. Set 'favorite' to true to add, false to remove. Favorites are separate from the watchlist — this does NOT add the show to the watchlist. showId accepts either the Watchr show ID or a TMDB ID. Use list_favorites to see current favorites.

Remove the user's rating for a show or a specific episode. If season and episode are omitted, removes the show-level rating. showId accepts either the Watchr show ID or a TMDB ID. This does NOT delete comments — use delete_comment for that.

Change the watch status of a show already in the user's watchlist. Status options: 'watching', 'completed', 'plan_to_watch', 'dropped'. Setting status to 'completed' automatically marks all episodes as watched. showId accepts either the Watchr show ID or a TMDB ID. This does NOT rate the show — use rate_show for that.
