Return detailed configuration for a trigger source that can create a trigger-backed property.

get_workflow_trigger_property_source

List all context graphs in the workspace. Use it to find the ID of the context graph for ingestion, and the definition of the context graph.

list_context_graphs

Return supported workflow property creation types, config shapes, and prompt mention rules.

list_workflow_property_capabilities

List trigger sources that can create trigger-backed workflow properties. Triggers can be used to run workflows automatically in response to external events. To pull data from external systems once a workflow has been triggered consult `search_workflow_property_actions` instead.

list_workflow_views

List regular top-level workflows in a workspace, optionally ranked by semantic relevance. If you are looking for Context Graphs, use `list_context_graphs` to find existing context graphs, and `context_graph_querying_info` for guidance on querying them.

list_workflows

Executes a GraphQL query against the Context Graph GraphQL API. Provides structured read-access to context-graph data — subjects, their relationships, metric time series, and context-graph summaries. `context_graph_querying_info` returns the GraphQL schema and conventions for this API; fetch it once as a reference before constructing queries.

query_context_graph

Executes a GraphQL query against the Workflow GraphQL API. Provides structured read-access to Workflow data, including filtering, aggregations, and deep relationship traversal. The GraphQL schema is returned by `workflow_querying_info`, which must be fetched once per session before this tool can be used. Call `context_graph_querying_info` when querying a Context Graph. For single-workflow inspection, `list_workflows` and `get_workflow_definition` return richer property configuration than the GraphQL API exposes.

Replace the full workflow view order using view IDs or exact names.

reorder_workflow_views

Ingest (add) new documents into a Context Graph. Use `list_context_graphs` to find existing context graphs and their IDs. If the user provides a file URL directly, pass the URL as `file`. If the user attached a file to the chat, pass the OpenAI `fileParams` as `file`.

run_context_graph_ingestion

Create a workflow run by adding a row with input values. Use `get_workflow_definition` to find the workflow's input property slugs. Omit file inputs from `inputs` and upload each file separately with `upload_workflow_entity_file` using the returned `entity_id`.

run_workflow

Semantic search over the file contents of one or more Hubs. Use this when the structured Workflow/Context Graph data exposed by `query_workflows` does not contain the information you need. A Context Graph is sourced from a Hub; pass `/hubs/<hub id>` (using the `source_hub_id` from `list_context_graphs`) in `resource_paths` to search that hub's source documents, or `/hubs/<hub id>/<file path>` to scope the search to a single document (for example a subject source's `hubId` and `hubFilePath`). Results group matching passages by file and include byte ranges for follow-up reads.

update_workflow_view

upload_workflow_entity_file

Returns the GraphQL schema and conventions required to construct valid `query_workflows` requests. Must be fetched once per session before `query_workflows` can be invoked; the returned information is universal for all future calls.
