Calculate and interpret one birth chart using Western, Vedic, or Korean Saju astrology. Returns a consultation-style summary, concrete personalized evidence, accuracy limits, and either the selected tradition's timed chart or a reduced date-stable result when the birth time is unknown. Only the tradition selected by `system` is calculated. Western and Vedic use Swiss Ephemeris for astronomical precision; Saju follows the configured Korean Myeongri rules. Requires: birth_date (YYYY-MM-DD), latitude, longitude, city, and country. Provide birth_time (HH:MM 24h) when known. When it is unavailable, omit birth_time; the result then omits time-dependent conclusions. Supply coordinates for the stated birthplace; the server derives an IANA timezone locally. For Saju, ask for `birth_sex` as "birth sex used for the traditional Daeun direction rule" before calling the tool. It is required for a timed Saju chart. If the user does not provide it and birth time is also unknown, return only the date-stable year/month pillars and explicitly state that Daeun is unavailable. Timezone is optional and is derived automatically from coordinates. System selection: always send one explicit canonical value. Use 'western' for Western astrology, tropical astrology, natal chart, an unqualified birth chart, sun sign, or horoscope. Use 'vedic' for Vedic astrology, Jyotish/Jyotisha, Hindu astrology, Kundli/Kundali, Janam Kundli, Rashi, or Dasha. Use 'saju' for Korean Saju, 사주/사주팔자, Sajupuli, Korean Four Pillars, or Myeongri/명리/명리학. BaZi/Bazi/八字 is a related Chinese Four Pillars tradition; do not present this Korean Saju implementation as Chinese BaZi. For a BaZi-only request, clarify whether the user wants a Korean Saju/Myeongri reading before selecting 'saju'. Locale: set 'locale' based on the user's conversation language. 'en' English, 'ko' Korean, 'ja' Japanese, 'hi' Hindi, 'es' Spanish, 'fr' French, 'de' German. Default: 'en'.
