Tiniest Cloud

Add a person by email. They get access immediately and are emailed. If that space is on a team plan, adding someone ADDS A PAID SEAT and charges the card for the rest of the month — say so before you call this, and relay the reply, which reports whether they were emailed. In every team-mode app you own they see that space's data and no other's. Role is 'member' by default or 'admin' — an app's rules can require admin for sensitive writes. Someone can be in several of your spaces; for a team-mode app not tied to one space, keep them in a single space so their data scope is unambiguous.

Set how an app partitions data: • 'private' (default) — every person gets their own data. • 'shared' — one pool every user reads and writes. • 'team' — data belongs to a space; Acme's people cannot see Beta's, enforced by the server. Spaces are account-wide: one list for your whole account, used by every team-mode app you own. Use for anything multi-tenant. If the app already has stored data or other users, switching needs confirm: true. The switch hides everything stored under the old mode — nothing is deleted, and switching back restores it — so warn the person and get their OK before confirming.

set_data_mode

For an app whose data_mode is 'team' — one app serving several spaces, each walled into its own data. 'all' (default) lets every space in the account open it; 'listed' turns everyone away at sign-in except the app's own space and the ones named in spaces. Use it when one customer buys an app the others should not even open. Setting 'listed' needs a paid plan; a list that exists keeps enforcing on any plan.

set_space_access

Declare a third-party API the app may call, so it can use tiny.fetch(name, { path, method, json }) without ever holding the key. A connection reaches ONE host. kind says how the secret is sent: 'bearer' (Authorization: Bearer), 'header' (a header you name), 'query' (a parameter you name), 'basic' (user:pass), or 'none' (no separate secret, or the URL itself is the secret — a Slack webhook URL). PREFER TO OMIT `secret`. Declaring a connection without one creates a SLOT: the app knows what it needs, and the owner pastes the key once in the Connections panel, from their clipboard to the server. A key passed here instead travels through this conversation and stays in its history. Only pass `secret` when the user has already put the value in front of you and asked you to use it. A call through an unfilled slot fails with a message naming it. Saving the same name again replaces it. Mark public: true only for a connection strangers may trigger, such as a Slack webhook behind an open form.

Create a space in your account. Spaces are account-wide — define one list once and every team-mode app you own uses it. Each space gets its own isolated data per app — members of one cannot read another's, enforced server-side. One space per customer company or team.

create_space

Permanently delete an app: every version, share, and all user data. Cannot be undone. Requires confirm: true — if the user hasn't clearly asked for deletion, ask first.

delete_app

Deploy a set of static files to Tiniest Cloud, creating the app if it doesn't exist. Every deploy is a new immutable version and previous versions stay restorable. If you have not read the Tiniest Cloud guide in this session, call tiny_guide first — an app built without the SDK will deploy successfully and then not work. This server runs on Tiniest Cloud, not on the user's machine, so it cannot read their folders — READ THE FILES YOURSELF with your own file tools and pass the contents. Include index.html at the top level. Text files can be passed as-is; use encoding:'base64' for images and other binary. Skip node_modules, .git, and dotfiles. Total content is limited to 2 MB. For a large framework build, tell the user to drag the folder onto the Tiniest Cloud web page instead — that path has a much higher limit.

deploy

Read this BEFORE writing or changing any app that will be deployed to Tiniest Cloud. Returns the Tiniest Cloud SDK reference (auth, storage, AI), the data modes, the rules file format, and the platform's constraints. Takes no arguments. Skipping it produces apps that use localStorage and hand-rolled logins, which do not work here.
