The customer's orders, newest first: order number, status, payment status, total in Mauritian rupees (Rs, MUR), date, item count.

list_orders

Which TheShop account this connection acts for (account holder's name, masked email) and what it may do: permissions, per-order and monthly spending limits in Mauritian rupees (Rs, MUR), spend so far this month and remaining budget. It also lists what changed in these tools since this connection was made (whatsNew) and how to refresh them, and — for keys that may place orders — the customer's masked delivery defaults. Call this first, and whenever the customer asks whether you are logged in or which account you use: the answer is this account, approved once by the customer on theshop.mu — not a website login.

my_agent_key

What place_order will use when you omit delivery details: the customer's last-used delivery method, the delivery address on file (label and town only), the collection store, and the contact phone masked to its last 2 digits. The full address and number never leave TheShop. Call this before place_order and confirm with the customer, e.g. "Deliver to Home, Quatre Bornes, phone ending 74?"

my_delivery_defaults

One order by order number: status, payment status, total in Mauritian rupees (Rs, MUR), delivery method and item names, plus plain-words paymentSummary, statusSummary and nextStep. Call it after the customer says they paid: paymentSummary tells you whether TheShop received the payment (usually within 1 minute). paymentLink: true also returns a fresh payment link for an unpaid online order (needs the Place orders permission).

get_order

Place an order for the customer. deliveryMethod, addressId or collectStoreId, and contactPhone are optional: whatever you omit is filled from the customer's last order (call my_delivery_defaults first and confirm with the customer); the reply's delivery object says what was used, phone masked. Amounts are Mauritian rupees (Rs, MUR). The AI places it; a HUMAN pays: with paymentMethodType "online" the reply carries a checkoutUrl payment link to hand to the customer. Always send clientRequestId (reuse it on retries — a replay returns the same order) and expectedTotal (the total you showed the customer; a drifted total returns 409 TOTAL_MISMATCH with the server total to re-quote). Spending limits are enforced server-side (409 when exceeded). While the store is in early access, placement returns 403 preview_locked.

place_order

Search the TheShop catalogue by words (product, brand, category). Returns products with id, name, brand, price in Mauritian rupees (Rs, MUR; VAT included), availability and a suggested spelling when nothing matches. Reference products by id, slug or name only.

search_products

Set the quantity of one product in the customer's TheShop cart (0 removes it). The customer sees the cart on the website; placing an order uses items you pass to place_order, not the cart.
