Load all areas where ferry service is available. Returns a list of areas with their IDs and names. Always call this first to resolve user-provided place names into valid area IDs before calling load_routes.

Load available ferry routes between two areas and render the route cards widget. Requires valid area IDs from load_areas (format: 'area_xxxxx'). Returns operator, schedule, price, and duration for each route. Route IDs (rout_xxxxx) are internal — do not show them to the user.

Open a support ticket for a question only a human can resolve. A valid personal email is REQUIRED — we reply to the ticket by email because we cannot reply inside ChatGPT. Ask the customer for their email first if you don't have it. Optionally pass a related booking_id (book_xxxxx) or route_id (rout_xxxxx).

Update the booking cart shown in the ChatGPT app and render the cart cards widget. This is a stateless helper: it stores nothing and simply echoes the full cart back so the widget can render each booking as a card with finish-booking buttons. Always pass the COMPLETE current cart (all bookings), not just the new one — the returned list replaces what the widget shows. Each booking needs at least a route_id (rout_xxxxx from load_routes). Fill in date, time, passenger counts, and contact details (name and email only) as the customer provides them. Do NOT ask the customer for a phone number — it is not collected here. Booking is finalized on WhatsApp/LINE/etc. via the card buttons — not inside ChatGPT.
