TaqMan Assay Search

Use this when the user explicitly wants to add a specific TaqMan Gene Expression product to their Thermo Fisher cart. This tool changes external cart state and returns a cart link the user can follow to continue checkout. sku is the catalog number and id is the assay identifier. Use only for Gene Expression assay products already identified in the session. Do not use this tool to search products, compare assays, fetch pricing, or add products outside the Gene Expression assay portfolio.

Do not use for SNP genotyping, CNV, miRNA, or any assay category outside the Gene Expression portfolio. Do not pass raw backend filter strings. Returns filtered topResults, totalHits, and refreshed applicableFilters for additional refinement.

Pass qualifiers (species, attributes) as selected_filters, not inside keyword. Use taqman_get_search_hints first if a qualifier needs canonical mapping.
