talentin_candidate_details

USE WHEN the user wants to write, create, draft, improve, or generate a job description, JD, job ad, job post, or role description. Input can be a rough hiring requirement. For small wording or tone edits to a JD generated earlier, edit that text directly yourself — re-calling this tool regenerates from scratch and may change the title, experience range, or requirements; re-call it only for a new role or materially changed requirements. DO NOT use this to search candidates or analyze a resume.

talentin_create_job_description

USE WHEN the user asks to analyze, score, evaluate, compare, rank, or explain fit for one specific candidate against a role/JD, including pros, cons, gaps, requirements coverage, matching skills, and overall match percentage... or analyze SEVERAL candidates at once — e.g. 'analyze the top 10 in detail' via top_n, or a list via person_ids. Provide exactly one of person_id, person_ids, top_n, OR cv_text. If used after a search, job_description can be omitted because the last search requirement is reused. DO NOT use this to search for candidates or to parse/match the user's own resume. CRITICAL RENDERING INSTRUCTION: When presenting the analysis to the user, ALWAYS format each candidate clearly and professionally. Use bold headings for Name and Match Score. Use clean bullet points to list: Current Title, Location, Total Experience, Education, Requirements Met (Essential/Preferred), Pros, Cons, and Summary. Do not just output a raw JSON dump or a massive paragraph; make it highly scannable.

talentin_detailed_analysis

USE WHEN the user says this is my resume/CV, pastes their own resume, or asks whether I/me/my profile fits a job. Requires resume_text and job_description. Returns recruiter-style fit analysis plus parsed profile summary. DO NOT use for candidates found in Talentin search; use talentin_detailed_analysis with person_id instead.

talentin_match_my_resume

USE WHEN the user wants to find, search, source, shortlist, or discover candidates/talent for a role. Input is a job description or plain-English hiring requirement. Returns compact candidate cards (name, location, experience, current role, education) with person_id, and caches full profiles for follow-up tools. Cards contain NO match score — to rank or score candidates, follow up with talentin_detailed_analysis (e.g. top_n). Only the top 30 results are returned; there is no pagination. Never pass discriminatory criteria (gender, religion, age, nationality, ethnicity, marital status) into the requirement — the search does not support them; drop them and tell the user they were ignored. DO NOT use this for writing a JD or analyzing one specific resume, and DO NOT use it to show a job seeker other candidates competing for a role.
