Stashiro

Use this when the user asks to place structured records on a Stashiro canvas board and 2 or more entities share 2 or more comparable fields. Creates one native table; keep the user's scope and do not split comparable records into notes.

create_table_card

Use this only when the user asks to permanently delete one Stashiro card or canvas item. This operation is irreversible.

delete_card

Use this only after the user explicitly confirms deletion of one owned Stashiro Space. The Space is removed and every board still inside it is moved to Trash. Boards moved elsewhere first are preserved.

delete_space

Use this data tool when full details are needed for one Stashiro Space, board, or card identified by an opaque result ID. Pass that ID unchanged and use the returned data for the current task.

fetch

Use this when an exact Stashiro board ID is already known and its metadata is needed. Returns active or trashed boards; use search when only a name or phrase is known.

get_board

Use this when exact Stashiro board and card IDs are already known and one card's full current data is needed. Use search when the card is known only by content or title.

get_card

Use this when the user asks to view, inspect, or use media stored in an accessible Stashiro image or audio card. Returns short-lived authorized URLs; do not persist or expose them beyond the current task.

get_card_media

Use this when an exact Stashiro Space ID is already known and its current metadata is needed. Use search when only a name or phrase is known.

get_space

Use this when the user asks to inspect or enumerate cards on one known Stashiro board without rendering their full content. Returns a lightweight page; follow cursor until isDone, and use get_card or show_selected_stashiro_cards for full content or media.

list_cards

Use this when the user asks to move one owned Stashiro board into another existing Space. Requires exact board and destination Space IDs; it does not reorder the board within that Space.

move_board

Use this when the user asks to remove an owned Stashiro board but may need recovery. Moves the board and its cards to recoverable trash; prefer this over permanent deletion.

trash_board

Use this when the user asks to move one Stashiro card to another board owned by the same account. Delete any connector cards attached to it first and recreate meaningful relationships on the destination canvas. List boards accept links, notes, images, and audio.

move_card_to_board

Use this only after the user explicitly confirms permanent deletion of an owned Stashiro board. Irreversibly deletes the board and all of its cards; use trash_board for a recoverable removal.

delete_board_permanently

Use this when the user asks to pin or unpin one owned Stashiro board in the sidebar. Use reorder_pinned_boards for the relative order of multiple pinned boards.

set_board_pinned

Use this read-only presentation tool when one or more existing Stashiro cards are already identified and should appear in the response. Pass opaque cardReferences, or a known boardId with cardIds. It renders the native card UI and never searches, creates, or duplicates content. Use search when cards must first be located by name or content, and show_stashiro_board for an unfiltered board page.

show_selected_stashiro_cards

Use this read-only presentation tool as the final answer when Stashiro is selected for a plan, analysis, comparison, research synthesis, or other multi-item content. Complete any needed research first, then call it once instead of returning the deliverable only as prose. It can also convert existing conversation content. Organize the answer into ordered semantic sections and place each card in exactly one section with zero-based cardIndexes. Keep source links with the notes, comparisons, maps, flights, or actions they support. Use a table or chart for structured comparisons and specialized cards only when every required field is known. This tool does not save. The /convert-to-stash workflow adds the stricter rule that it must reuse existing conversation content without new research.

present_stashiro_cards

Use this when the user asks to rename one Stashiro board. Requires the exact board ID and changes only its name.

rename_board

Use this when the user asks to rename one owned Stashiro Space. Requires the exact Space ID and changes only its name.

rename_space

Use this when the user asks to change the relative sidebar order of pinned Stashiro boards. Every entry must be an owned pinned board.

reorder_pinned_boards

Use this when the user asks to change board tab order inside one Stashiro Space. Every supplied board must belong to that same Space; this does not move boards between Spaces.

reorder_boards_in_space

Use this when the user asks to change Stashiro card layer order on a canvas or distribution order in a bento list. This does not move cards between boards.

reorder_cards

Use this when the user asks to change the sidebar order of owned Stashiro Spaces. This does not move or reorder boards inside those Spaces.

reorder_spaces

Use this when the user asks to restore an owned Stashiro board from recoverable trash.

restore_board

Save the exact native draft cards and destination confirmed in the Stashiro capture UI. requestId makes retries safe.

save_capture

Search only existing content saved in Stashiro. Call this when the user explicitly asks to find, show, read, retrieve, describe, preview, or give details about saved Spaces, boards, cards, links, images, or flights. Do not use it for /convert-to-stash unless the user also explicitly asks to search saved Stashiro content. It renders matching saved cards in the native Stashiro UI. Use optional Space or board scope when supplied, and use returned opaque IDs and card data when the request requires more work.

search

Use this when the user asks to change an owned Stashiro Space icon. Pass a Lucide name such as lucide:briefcase or an emoji value such as emoji:🍃.

set_space_icon

Use this presentation tool whenever the response should display every card type in one unfiltered page of a Stashiro board, regardless of how the board was identified. The response includes cursor and isDone; when isDone is false, call this tool again with the returned cursor if the requested presentation needs more pages. This tool never applies a card-type or card-ID filter.

show_stashiro_board

Use this when the user asks to edit an existing Stashiro card's text, appearance, size, position, list placement, or layer index. Do not replace serialized table, chart, flight, or connector content with prose.

update_card

Add a ChatGPT-generated or user-attached image to a Stashiro board. Use when an image is available and the user wants it added to a board. Resolve the image and board from conversation context; if multiple images match, ask which. Attach the actual image to the image file parameter, never a local path. Do not add decorative images or expand scope. requestId makes retries safe.
