Stabile: Loyalty Rewards Agent

Check a Shopify merchant's StabileRewards loyalty program before checkout. When an AI shopping flow discovers a merchant from /apps/stabile/loyalty-agent.json, pass that payload's shop value as shop_domain. Returns public program terms and projected earn without shopper identity. If you also pass the buyer's email or customer id, it returns the discounts they can redeem on this cart right now and how close they are to the next reward. IMPORTANT: if balance_known is false, the shopper's balance could NOT be looked up (points_balance will be null) — do not tell them they have no rewards; say the balance could not be checked.

get_reward_options

List the configured sample store and its eligible win-back customers. Pass shop_domain only when the user chose their own Shopify store; omission explicitly selects Custom Agentic Commerce.

get_winback_reward_context

Issue a real points-only win-back reward to one configured customer in Custom Agentic Commerce. Requires an idempotency key and an enforced authenticated MCP deployment.

issue_reward

Commit a reward option from get_reward_options and receive a discount code to apply at checkout. Pass the same shop_domain used for get_reward_options. Spends the shopper's points, so only call it once the shopper has chosen where to buy — call get_reward_options to compare stores, not this. Requires the shopper's email or customer id. Do NOT ask the shopper for a cart id: it is optional and most shoppers have none, since the cart does not exist until they reach the store. By default, if the shopper already has an unused reward with equal or greater value, this tool returns that existing code instead of reserving more points. Pass force_new true only when the shopper explicitly wants a new code despite an existing one. The points are reserved when a new code is issued and are actually deducted when the order completes; an unused code releases them when it expires.
