Runa

Fetch one Runa item by the id returned from `search` (a runa:// resource URI). For a meeting this returns the summary, key takeaways, action items, AND the full verbatim transcript when the connection was granted transcript access — so prefer quoting the transcript over paraphrasing the summary. Very long transcripts are cut and say so; call `runa_fetch_resource_page` for the rest. For folder documents it returns the extracted text. Access is re-checked on every call.

fetch

Page through a large Runa resource part — a meeting transcript (requires the runa.transcripts.read permission) or a folder document’s text — OR fetch one live record from a connected third-party app with part="record" and a runa://app/… uri. Returns one bounded page plus an opaque cursor for the next; every page re-checks access and policy, so a resource that was readable at search time is verified again here. Transcripts page on segment boundaries with speaker + timestamp. When a meeting came back with a cut transcript, pass the cursor that item gave you so paging RESUMES there instead of repeating the part you already have; then follow next_cursor until has_more is false to read the meeting in full.

runa_fetch_resource_page

Find active colleagues who demonstrably know a topic, such as “enterprise procurement”. Ranks only people with qualifying evidence the caller can currently access. Returns why Runa thinks each person knows it, the relevant meetings/projects/documents/notes, last relevant activity, confidence, per-source visibility, and exact evidence locators. This is evidence confidence—not a performance, intelligence, seniority, or employee score.

runa_find_experts

Find the exact spots in ONE meeting’s transcript where a phrase was said — verbatim source grounding, not semantic search. Use this for “where exactly did they say that?” or “what timestamp supports that?”. Returns the matching transcript lines with speaker, timestamp, and surrounding context. Requires the runa.transcripts.read permission.

meetings_find_quotes

Get what Runa knows about a company by domain: the user’s saved notes (private memory, plus org memory for orgs they belong to), dated facts extracted from meetings (deal stage, contract status, competitors — each with confidence and how it changed over time), and the relationship dossier (meeting count and cadence, the people the user knows there, open commitments and questions, recent meeting timeline).

runa_get_company_memory

Return the user’s most recent recorded meeting by date, chosen by deterministic chronological order — NOT semantic search. Use this for “what was my last meeting?”, “my latest meeting”, “what did I just attend?”. Returns one meeting with summary, key takeaways, action items, and the full transcript when the connection was granted transcript access, plus a selection_method showing it was picked by date. For “last meeting about X” use `meetings_get_last_matching`; for topics use `search`.

meetings_get_last

Find the most recent meeting matching a topic and/or participant. It first narrows candidates (semantic topic search and/or participant match), then returns the chronologically latest match — the correct way to answer “what was my last meeting about X?” or “my latest call with Y”. Provide topic_query, participant_query, or both. The winning meeting comes back with its full transcript when the connection was granted transcript access.

meetings_get_last_matching

List action items from the user’s accessible meetings, newest first. Defaults to open (incomplete) items. Filter by `owner` to answer “what did X commit to” or “what do I owe” — match the person’s name as it appears in the meeting. Read-only: it can never complete, edit, or create items.

runa_list_action_items

List the user’s recorded meetings in reverse-chronological order (newest first), ordered strictly by date — not relevance. Use this for “what meetings did I have today/this week?” or “the meeting before that”. Supports an optional date range and cursor pagination (pass a prior response’s next_cursor). For topic search use `search`.

List every source this connection can read — Runa itself, plus the third-party apps the user connected to Runa (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Outlook, Basecamp, Linear, Notion, Slack) — each with its status, the read-only operations it supports, and HOW MUCH OF IT Runa can actually reach. Read `completeness` and `coverage_note` before describing any result as complete: A means search over everything the user can read, B means a stated window, C means named operations only and never a whole-source search. Call this before `runa_app_read` — the inventory is served live, so it, not this description, is the authority. Apps are connected or disconnected inside Runa itself, never from here.
