Responsive

Returns paginated Answer Library tag names for the authenticated user. Response includes list, totalResultsCount, limit, and offset. Use exact tag names from the response when filtering or tagging content. Default and maximum page size is 100.

get_content_tags

Returns the required fields for the given entityType. The set of fields depends on the entity type.

get_entity_required_fields

Returns the authenticated Responsive user's profile information. Includes email, full name, company name, and user role when available.

get_project_sections

Returns valid Content Library search filter options, including tags, collections, and other supported metadata fields.

get_search_filters

Records usage attribution for Content Library sources referenced in a response.This ensures accurate tracking of which sources contributed to the answer. Provide all relevant content_id values, or an empty array if none were used.

increment_used_count

Lists Responsive projects assigned to the logged-in user (max 10 per page). Optional filters in projectSearchQuery: projectName, projectType, projectStatus, clientName, fromDueDate, toDueDate, offset (0-based), limit (page size, max 10). projectStatus: IN_PROGRESS (current), RESPONDED (completed), ARCHIVED, CANCELED, DELETED (trash). Defaults to IN_PROGRESS when omitted.

get_my_project_list

Get a paginated list of unanswered project questions assigned to me. Returns unanswered questions sorted by author due date. Use limit and offset to page through results (default limit 10, max 10). Filter by project ID and/or section ID.

get_my_unanswered_questions

Get a paginated list of unreviewed project questions assigned to me. Returns questions with drafted answers awaiting review, sorted by reviewer due date. Use limit and offset to page through results (default limit 10, max 10). Filter by project ID and/or section ID. Each question includes an answers array.

get_my_unreviewed_project_questions

Returns open comment threads assigned to the current user that need attention, grouped by section or question, with projectName, sectionName, and question text when available.

get_open_project_comments

Mark a project question as reviewed. Marks a project question as reviewed by the authenticated user. This is typically used after the user has checked or refined the answer (for example via save_project_answer) and wants to indicate that the question no longer requires their review.

Adds a reply to an existing project comment thread.

reply_project_comment

Save or update answers for a project question. Accepts a question ID and a list of answer updates mapped by answer header names.

save_project_answer

Use this when the user wants to search the organization’s Responsive Content Library for relevant question-answer pairs, documents, or other configured knowledge sources. Supports optional filters such as tags, collections, or other metadata fields when valid values are provided.
