RainVis Hourly Weather Charts

Use this for RainVis hourly weather requests, including general forecasts and requests that name additional weather metrics. Always render the full interactive seven-day hourly chart for the requested location. Rain and temperature are selected by default. When the user names wind or gusts, clouds, pressure, humidity, dew point, or AQI, you MUST put each named metric in requestedMetrics so its chart chip and line are selected. Never discuss a named non-default metric while leaving that metric unselected in the interactive chart. The chart displays exact hourly accumulation bars as well as probability, so do not infer rain intensity from probability alone.

Use this when the user explicitly asks RainVis about wind or gusts, humidity or muggy conditions, AQI or air quality, clouds or overcast conditions, barometric pressure, or dew point. Always render the full interactive seven-day hourly chart and select the explicitly requested non-default metrics in addition to rain and temperature. Do not use this tool for a general weather request that does not name one of those extra metrics; use show_hourly_weather_charts instead.
