Use this tool once the user has selected or narrowed down a product group and needs concrete pricing, dimensions, or configuration data. Do NOT use for initial product discovery — call list_product_groups first. You MAY call this tool before your first reply if the user asks for a specific group (e.g. "wall calendar"). This tool identifies the product group by group_key and filters products to those matching determined_options. Pass any selected addon IDs in selected_addon_ids — they will be embedded in each editor URL automatically. When presenting results, do not list every option. Instead, give the customer concrete examples: representative products, recommended addons, and value ranges (e.g. "sizes from 20 cm to 90 cm"). Workflow: 1. Call with group_key and no determined_options to retrieve all available options and products. 2. Inspect undetermined_options in the response — each entry has option_name (the key to use) and values (the allowed choices for that key). 3. Ask the user to choose a value, then call again with that key/value added to determined_options. Repeat until undetermined_options is empty or the user is satisfied. Args: group_key: Unique product group identifier (e.g. "photobook|photobook|photobook"). Obtain it by calling list_product_groups. determined_options: Options the user has already chosen, as a string-to-string map. Keys are option_name values from undetermined_options returned by a prior call. Values must be from that option's values list. Example: {"format": "landscape", "cover": "hardcover"}. Omit or pass None to retrieve all products in the group unfiltered. selected_addon_ids: Product IDs of addons chosen by the user. Each ID is appended to the editor URL as &cPIDs[]=<id>. Each addon must have a distinct ups_type; passing two or more addons of the same ups_type is an error. Returns structured data: - locale: the language of the returned product data (e.g. "de-DE"), resolved automatically from the session. - product_details.matching_products: all products matching the determined options, with full pricing, dimensions, page counts, UPS attributes, valid addon IDs, and editor links. - product_details.undetermined_options: remaining option names and their valid values given the current selection — use these to decide what to ask next. - product_details.addons: available add-on products for the group. For wall decoration products, recommending an addon is strongly encouraged.

Call this FIRST at the start of every session about Pixum products. Returns all product groups from the catalog, giving you a complete overview of available product types before you answer any question. Do NOT use this tool for pricing, dimensions, or configuration — use get_product_details for that. Each group entry contains a group_key that uniquely identifies the group. Typical workflow: 1. Pick the group_key that best matches the user's intent. 2. Call get_product_details with that group_key and any options the user has already chosen (determined_options). It returns matching products and the remaining valid values for undetermined options, preventing dead-end configurations. 3. Repeat step 2 as the user narrows down their choices until all options are determined. You MAY call steps 1 and 2 together in the same turn if the user already names a specific product group (e.g. "walldeco|acrylic" or "photobook").

Returns: A list of relevant Pixum knowledge base articles, each with a title and content text, ordered by relevance to the query.
