Owll

Return only how many Owll notes the user has, with no note content. Use this for 'how many notes do I have', 'do I have any notes about X', and any other question where the answer is a number. Prefer this over paging through list_owll_notes or search_owll_notes to count — those return note content you do not need, and paging to count wastes many calls. Accepts the same filters, so it also answers 'how many meetings did I record last week'. Pass a query to count only notes matching those search terms. The number counts notes that are ready to read; notes still being processed are excluded, so it always agrees with what the list and search tools can actually return.

Use this when the user explicitly asks to export, download, or share file links for several notes together. For a single note, use export_owll_note_transcript_file instead, not this batch tool. Notes that are not found or have no transcript content are returned in skipped, they do not fail the whole request.

Return metadata for a single Owll note by noteId, including title, sourceType, contentKind, media duration when available, folders, timestamps, and language. Only notes that have finished processing are returned. This does not return note content.

Return the existing Owll-generated summary text for one note by noteId. Use this for summaries, key points, decisions, action items, and other summary-grounded answers. This does not return original transcript text or a file link.

Return the original transcript text for one Owll note by noteId so the assistant can answer questions grounded in the full original text. Use this for original text, raw text, transcript, verbatim content, or questions like what someone said in a note. Returns inline transcript text when it is short enough; otherwise returns a txt file link with a notice. Only one note per call. Does not return Owll summaries.

Return the original transcript text for multiple Owll notes at once (1-5 noteIds). The whole batch is delivered the same way: if the combined transcript text across all matched notes is short enough, every item comes back inline; otherwise every item comes back as a txt file link instead. A single response never mixes inline and file_link items. Use this only when the user explicitly wants transcripts for several notes together. For a single note, use get_owll_note_transcript instead, not this batch tool. Notes that are not found are returned in skipped, they do not fail the whole request.

get_owll_notes_transcript_batch

List the user's Owll folders — the folders they created to group notes. Each entry has a folderId, its display name, and how many notes are in it. Its only job is to turn a folder name the user mentions ('my work notebook', '会议记录') into a concrete folderId, which you then pass as the folderId argument to list_owll_notes, search_owll_notes, or count_owll_notes. Never pass a folder name where a folderId is expected, and never guess a folderId. This returns folders only, never notes. To see what is inside a folder, call list_owll_notes with that folderId. If the user has no folders, that is normal — folders are optional in Owll and notes do not need to be in one.

list_owll_folders

List the user's Owll notes, newest first, without any keyword. Use this whenever the user is browsing or filtering rather than searching for specific content: 'what notes do I have', 'my recent notes', 'notes from last week', 'my Zoom meetings', 'show me everything'. If the user is looking for specific content and gave you words to match on, use search_owll_notes instead. If they only want the number of notes, use count_owll_notes — it does not return note content. Narrow the list with the structured arguments: convert relative dates to concrete dateFrom/dateTo yourself, and map source words to sourceType. A single response never returns more than a fixed per-page cap, no matter what the user asked for. Always read `total` (the full match count, independent of pagination) and state that number up front, e.g. 'you have 23 notes about pricing — here are the first 10'. Do not page through everything. Never call this tool repeatedly just to count notes (use count_owll_notes or read `total`), and never try to pull every page in order to summarize or report on 'all' notes — with a large library that is dozens of calls and will not finish. When the user asks about 'all' their notes, tell them the total first and ask which ones they want, or work from the first page and say so. Only follow nextCursor when the user has seen a page and explicitly asks for more.
