Read the messages of one guest conversation, oldest first. thread_id is the conversationId returned by list_threads. Each message includes id, role, status, message text, fromName, createdAt, channelKind, and deliveryError; the response also repeats the conversation summary. Because order is chronological, the default offset=0 returns the oldest messages: to read the latest ones, take pagination.totalItems from a first call and request offset = totalItems - limit. Paginate with limit (max 100) and offset.

Get one guest with booking totals and recent booking summaries. Contact details are omitted by default and are included only when include_contact_details=true for an explicit user request. Postal addresses, private notes, owner IDs, and internal fields are never returned.

get_welcome_book_page

List paginated booking summaries without guest contact details, postal addresses, private notes, ownership IDs, access tokens, or synchronization internals. For all properties, omit property_ids. For CSV, spreadsheet, financial, billing, revenue, commission, cleaning-fee, or team-member total exports, use response_format=table with limit=500, then follow resultMetadata.nextOffset while hasMore is true. Use get_booking with explicit include flags only when the user requests contact details or related operational context.

list_bookings

List guest conversations for the host's eligible properties, most recent activity first (ordered by lastMessageAt, newest first). Filter with property_id and/or booking_id; omit both to list across all properties. Each item is a summary (conversationId, bookingId, propertyId, guestName, arrival, departure, reservationNumber, channel, lastMessageAt, lastMessageRole, lastMessageStatus, isInquiry) and contains no message text: call get_thread_messages with the conversationId to read the messages. Paginate with limit (max 100) and offset; pagination reports page, limit, totalItems, and totalPages.

list_threads

List privacy-minimized guest summaries across the host's properties: guest ID, display name, language, booking totals, currency, and last stay. Email, phone, postal address, private notes, owner ID, and other internal fields are never included in this list. Use get_guest with include_contact_details=true only when the user explicitly requests a guest's contact details.

list_guests

List paginated mission summaries filtered by property, booking, status, type, or team member. For all properties, omit property_ids. For CSV, spreadsheet, operations, cleaning, or team-member workload exports, use response_format=table with limit=500, then follow resultMetadata.nextOffset while hasMore is true. Table rows include stable grouping columns such as propertyName, assignedTeamMemberId, assignedTeamMemberName, type, status, scheduledAt, bookingGuestName, bookingArrival, and bookingDeparture. To combine mission workload with booking financial totals, fetch bookings with response_format=table and join rows using bookingId. The default response is compact to avoid truncation; use get_mission or get_mission_report for full details, or include_details=true only for small focused result sets.

list_missions

List concise operating summaries for the authenticated host's eligible Nowistay properties. The response intentionally excludes host contact details, access tokens, subscription internals, and other secrets. Use this first for cross-property requests; the default limit returns up to 100 properties.

list_properties

List a property's private AI co-host knowledge base questions and answers. Use this before updating or copying Q&As. Only eligible properties connected to Nowistay PMS with an active AI assistant subscription are visible.

list_property_knowledge_questions

Read-only list of the account's paid extras (upsell catalog): key, name, kind (generic/early_checkin/late_checkout), price, currency, requiresApproval, purchase deadline, property scope, active state. Guests buy them from their extras page; catalog management happens in the host app (Automations > Upsells).

list_upsell_items

List welcome guide pages as a compact index only: page IDs, titles, icons, order, page positions, and shortened plain-text preview snippets. This tool does not return editable page content. The text/texts values are intentionally truncated previews, not full page content and not editable source. To read the complete page or before any modification, call get_welcome_book_page for the target page to fetch the full structured EditorJS content.

Never invent, shorten, summarize, or retry with synthetic base64. Then insert the returned editorJsImageBlock exactly into content.blocks for create_welcome_book_page_preview or update_welcome_book_page_preview. Never paste base64 into guide content. Supports JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC, and HEIF up to 10 MB, using the same validation, optimization, and WebP conversion logic as the Nowistay app.
