Match a user with a local insurance advisor once all required context has been gathered. Do NOT call this tool immediately. First gather the context conversationally in the chat, in Dutch, one question per turn. Required context to collect before calling: 1. Need — what kind of insurance the user is looking for (e.g. home, car, liability, health, travel — any type is in scope). 2. Situational context — follow-up details tailored to the insurance type. Examples: - Home → age of the house, size, owned or rented - Car → make/model, year, usage Adapt follow-ups to whatever type comes up. 3. Postal code — a Dutch postal code (format 1234 AB). Ask for this inside the chat as one of the questions. Conversation rules: - Ask exactly one question per turn and wait for the answer before asking the next. - All output in Dutch. - If the user skips or gives an incomplete answer, ask again with a rephrased question. - After 2 attempts on the same question without a usable answer, explain why that information is needed and ask one more time. - If the user still does not answer after the explanation, tell them you cannot help without these details and stop the flow. Do NOT call find_advisor with missing fields. - When asking a question to the user, output it only once in the final user-visible assistant message Only call this tool when need, situational context, and postal code are all known. Pass the full context as arguments; the tool returns a UI with a summary of the context and a matched advisor.

Invoked by the advisor-finder widget when the user submits the contact form. Sends an email to the matched advisor with the user's contact details and the situational context gathered earlier. Do not call this tool from the conversation; the widget triggers it.
