Lightweight

Analyze every available session for one exercise by default, with bounded totals, records, 24 recent session summaries, and up to 26 zero-filled UTC weekly evidence buckets for plateau or inactivity analysis. Recent sessions may include a canonical gym name or user-entered one-off place label exactly as entered, but never separate address, coordinate, or other location fields. Warm-ups are excluded from work metrics. Gym-scoped strength bests are withheld until one gym is selected so unlike machines are not compared.

get_exercise_progress

Analyze the user's complete Lightweight training history by default, including completed workouts and exercise-free gym check-ins, or use an explicit date range. Returns bounded totals and weekly streaks; it never returns raw workout notes, media, health, social, payment, or precise-location data.

get_training_overview

Return a UTC calendar series over the user's complete history by default. Output is automatically coarsened to at most 120 points without shortening the requested history. Strength metrics are cumulative bests, require one exercise, and require one gym when that exercise is gym-scoped.

get_training_trends

Group a bounded training metric by exercise, gym, UTC weekday, or rep range across complete history by default. A gym breakdown may include canonical gym names or user-entered one-off place labels exactly as entered, but never separate address, coordinate, or other location fields. Returns at most 25 named categories plus an Other total. Cross-gym comparison requires Pro. For an exercise breakdown, workouts means exercise sessions, not distinct whole-history workouts.

get_training_breakdown

Return the connected account's server-authoritative Core or Pro routine capacity. This exposes only plan, routine count, limit, remaining slots, and whether another routine fits; it never exposes billing or payment data.

get_routine_capacity

Compare attributed work sets and volume across equal recent and prior windows of complete UTC calendar weeks. Returns all 20 canonical detailed muscle labels (such as quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, biceps, triceps, lats, and upper back) plus seven broad region roll-ups for every week and period. Primary muscles receive 1.0 credit, each secondary muscle 0.5 additive credit, warm-ups are excluded, and unknown device-local exercises map to other. Output is bounded without shortening either period.

get_muscle_load

Create one ordinary saved routine in the connected Lightweight account after the user confirms the exact plan. The routine may be left unfiled, placed in one existing private folder, or placed in a named private folder that this call creates or reuses. This cannot update or delete routines or folders, start workouts, or change workout history.

create_routine

List bounded summaries of the user's saved routines, including stable ids and updated timestamps for exact follow-up reads or confirmed updates. The result includes only Core/Pro routine capacity—not billing, renewal, store, or payment data.

list_routines

Read the user's complete history of completed workouts and exercise-free gym check-ins through stable newest-first pages. Each session contains privacy-redacted exercise summaries and may include its canonical gym name or a user-entered one-off place label exactly as entered, but not separate address or coordinate fields, other location fields, notes, media, health, social, or payment data. Use aggregate tools for broad analysis and this tool for individual-session evidence. Pass only nextCursor and an optional pageSize to continue a page sequence.

get_workout_history

Read one owned saved routine by its stable id. Returns the exact redacted exercise order, target sets, weight unit, and response-local superset labels, plus the updated timestamp required for a safe confirmed update. Private exercise notes and internal row ids are excluded.
