Add a tag to one or more meetings you own. The tag must be owned by you or shared with you by a teammate. Meetings you do not own are skipped and reported back.

add_tag_to_meetings

Create a new tag (label) owned by you. Color is optional and defaults to one from the standard palette.

create_tag

Create action items for a meeting you own. Returns the created tasks and assignee resolution details.

create_tasks

Create a new meeting summary template, or update one you created. Omit templateId, pass null, or leave it empty to create (name is required); pass a templateId from list_templates to update. On update, omitted fields keep their current values, and sections — when provided — replace ALL existing sections, so read the template with list_templates first and resend every section that should remain. System and workspace-shared templates cannot be updated.

upsert_template

Permanently delete a tag you own. This removes the tag from all meetings and revokes teammate access to it. Cannot be undone.

delete_tag

Get the transcript captured so far of the currently live (in-progress) meeting. The current live meeting is found automatically. Call it again to follow the conversation as it continues; returns isLive: false when no meeting is live right now.

get_live_meeting_transcript

Get full details of a specific meeting by ID, including summary, transcript, tasks, participants, tags, calendar event info, and your private scratchpad notes (scratchpadNotes, returned only for meetings you own). Long transcripts are truncated inline (see the transcriptInfo field); use get_meeting_transcript to read the full transcript sequentially.

get_meeting

Read a meeting transcript in full, in sequential pages. Returns a transcript chunk plus a nextCursor; call again passing that cursor to get the next chunk until isFinal is true. Use this instead of search_meetings when you need the complete, ordered transcript of a long meeting.

get_meeting_transcript

List your meetings with optional date range, tag filter, and cursor-based pagination. Returns meeting ID, title, start/end time, and calendar event ID.

list_meetings

List all tags (labels) available to you, including tags shared by teammates. For tags you own, includes the teammate emails they are shared with in your current workspace.

list_tags
