Fetch an AUTHENTIC TCF Canada speaking exam task from the HiTCF bank. ALWAYS call this when the user asks for a speaking topic/question to practise — do NOT invent, paraphrase, or recall a topic yourself, and do NOT web-search one; only this tool returns real exam-bank questions. Announce the returned consigne to the user VERBATIM, then play the role of the TCF examiner and run the exchange in French. Args: tache: Which task — 1 (entretien dirigé / interview), 2 (jeu de rôle / role-play scenario), or 3 (monologue argumenté / argue a position). locale: Fallback language (fr/zh/en) — the HiTCF account's own language setting wins when we can see it. Returns a dict describing the task; for Tâche 1 it includes example examiner questions, for Tâche 2 the scenario briefing + roles, for Tâche 3 the consigne the candidate must argue.

Grade a candidate's TCF speaking answer on the OFFICIAL rubric. ALWAYS call this to score a spoken answer — never grade it or estimate a CEFR level yourself. Use for a Tâche 1 (présentation) or Tâche 3 (monologue argumenté) answer. Pass the candidate's full French response and consigne. Args: transcript: The candidate's full spoken answer (French). tache: 1 or 3 (Tâche 2 is interactive and graded differently). topic: The task consigne, for grading context. locale: Fallback language for the feedback (fr/zh/en) — the HiTCF account's own language setting wins when we can see it. Returns the rubric scores (prononciation/vocabulaire/grammaire/ accomplissement, each 0–5), total_score (0–20), estimated CEFR level, an overall comment, plus concrete corrections and vocab suggestions. Note: prononciation cannot be assessed from text, so treat it as a placeholder here — full pronunciation scoring is available in the HiTCF app.

List several authentic TCF Canada Tâche 3 topics for the user to choose from. ALWAYS call this when the user wants to browse, pick, or choose a SPECIFIC speaking topic (rather than one random one) — never invent a list yourself. Optionally filter by ``theme`` (a keyword like "travail", "internet", "école"). The user then picks one from the rendered card to start practising. Args: theme: Optional keyword to filter topics by; empty = any topic. count: How many topics to return (1–10, default 6). locale: Fallback language (fr/zh/en) — the HiTCF account's own language setting wins when we can see it.
