Hilton Hotel Search

Returns detailed information about one or more Hilton brands. Use when the user asks about a brand's identity, philosophy, features, contact information, or what makes it special. For example: 'Tell me about DoubleTree', 'What is Waldorf Astoria?', 'Do you have luxury brands?'. Provide brandCode or brandName for one brand, or brandCodes or brandNames for multiple brands. Apply any item-level responseMode=verbatim rule exactly to that brand. For finding specific hotels use search_hotels instead. For a broad listing of ALL Hilton brands use get_brand_list instead.

get_brand_details

Returns a compact list of every active Hilton hotel brand's code and name. Use this for broad questions asking about ALL Hilton brands, such as 'show me all the Hilton brands' or 'what brands does Hilton have?'. Do not call get_brand_details repeatedly to enumerate the portfolio — use get_brand_details only for details on one or a few specific brands.

Returns full hotel details content for a single property by ctyhocn. Use this to populate the Hotel Details modal/panel content including overview, amenities, accessibility, transportation, and contact details.

get_hotel_details

Returns live hotel pricing for selected properties. Use when stay dates are provided, or when occupancy is above the default (more than 1 room or more than 1 adult, including children). Do not use in lead-rate mode (both dates omitted with default occupancy). If occupancy exceeds the default and no dates are provided, the tool defaults stay dates to today and tomorrow. Accepts stay details and room occupancy parameters similar to hotel search.

get_pricing

Returns curated information about a specific Hilton program (not a hotel brand). Use when the user asks about Hilton Honors, Hilton for Business, Hilton for Luxury, Go Hilton, or the Hilton Honors Event Planner program — who they are for, how they work, or their general benefits. Provide either programId (e.g. 'hilton-for-luxury') or programName (e.g. 'Hilton for Luxury'). For a Hilton hotel brand (e.g. Waldorf Astoria, Conrad) use get_brand_details instead.

get_program_details

Returns a sorted list of Hilton hotels for a given location. By default, results are sorted by distance from the location center. The service handles search, filtering, and sorting logic - no additional processing needed by ChatGPT. Parameters: location (required), optional countryCode (ISO alpha-2 destination code for an explicit real single-country request; never invent a code for a fictional or unrecognized country), arrivalDate, departureDate, room occupancy (room1NumAdults, room1NumChildren, etc.), sort, and optional displayCurrency (ISO 4217 currency code like 'USD', 'CAD', 'INR', 'GBP', or 'EUR'; never use a country code). Returns structured results with hotel details and capability hints. Pricing is displayed automatically on the hotel cards in the UI. Do not comment on whether prices are or are not present in the response. For date-specific live pricing when dates are provided, call the pricing tool with returned property identifiers and stay/occupancy arguments.
