End a PRIME teaming interest's accepted team. Requires at least one accepted match on the prime. Withdraws every accepted sub match (each sub interest returns to open) and sets the prime interest to withdrawn. If a team-hub conversation is open, it is closed and all subs are notified; otherwise no notifications fire. The withdrawn prime can be reopened later with Reopen_Teaming_Interest, but the disbanded team is not restored. Prime-only. Before calling, name the affected sub partners to the user and obtain explicit confirmation.

Disband_Teaming_Team

Read messages from a teaming conversation: pass teaming_match_id for a match conversation or teaming_interest_id (prime side) for the team-hub conversation. Returns up to 50 messages per page, oldest to newest, including system messages; page backward with `before`. By default this is a non-mutating peek — pass mark_read=true to also advance the viewer's read receipt and notify other participants. Only conversation participants can read.

Get_Teaming_Messages

Search and retrieve GovTribe documentation articles and article segments. Start with `query` to discover relevant `article_name`, `article_url`, `collection`, and `part_id` values, then call again with `article_names`, `article_urls`, or `part_ids` to retrieve exact content. Use `collections` to narrow the search when you know the documentation area. Available collections: `data-model` (Data model), `govtribe-for-agents` (GovTribe for Agents), `govtribe-user-guide` (GovTribe User Guide). Use `max_tokens` to control returned content length. Results include `truncated`; call again with returned `part_id`s or article selectors to continue retrieval.

Documentation

Mark a teaming interest as hidden so it is no longer surfaced in cross-user discovery searches. Pre-existing match records remain visible to both parties; the hidden interest itself is no longer browsable by non-owners. Reverse later with Reopen_Teaming_Interest. Owner-only.

Interaction_State

Lock in a finalized team for a PRIME teaming interest. Requires at least one accepted match on the prime. Withdraws every PENDING inbound match request on the prime (those subs are notified their request was withdrawn), transitions the prime to matched, opens the team-hub conversation, and notifies accepted subs. From the agent, the only way back is `Disband_Teaming_Team` (which has wide blast radius). Prime-only. Before calling, name the accepted sub partners + the count of pending requests that will be withdrawn to the user and obtain explicit confirmation.

Lock_In_Teaming_Team

Move existing workspace user files into a folder, or use folder_id null to move them to All files. Preserves file identity and history.

Move_User_Files

Read a workspace file folder and one page of its immediate contents. Omit folder_id or use null to browse All files. File contents are not retrieved.

Reopen a hidden or withdrawn teaming interest, returning it to open so it is discoverable again and can receive new match requests. Matches cancelled by an earlier withdrawal are not restored. Matched interests cannot be reopened this way — use Disband_Teaming_Team to end a locked-in team first. Owner-only.

Reopen_Teaming_Interest

Request a teaming match between your existing teaming interest and another user's open interest on the same teamable record. Both interests must already exist and be on the same teamable. Use Create_Interest_And_Request_Match instead if you do not yet have a teaming interest on this record.

Request_Teaming_Match

Rerank a bounded shortlist of GovTribe records from a typed search_results_id or explicit candidate list. Use this only after retrieval; it does not replace Search_GovTribe or typed Search_* tools.

Rerank_Search_Results

Accept or decline a pending teaming match request. Only the recipient can respond. Use Withdraw_Teaming_Match if you are the requester wanting to cancel. Decline is recorded permanently — the same requester cannot re-request a match against this target interest, but the recipient remains free to initiate toward the requester. Confirm the match and the chosen response with the user before calling, especially for decline.
