Create a new, standard go link in the user's GoLinks workspace (https://www.golinks.io). Both 'name' and 'url' are required. The API enforces name uniqueness, character restrictions (letters/numbers/-/_/emoji, max 50), reserved names, and plan/permission limits — validation errors are returned as descriptive messages. Only standard go links can be created through this tool. Visibility defaults to 'company' (visible to everyone in the workspace) if 'public', 'private', and 'unlisted' are all left unset. Requires golinks:write scope.
create_golink
Get audit log entries for the caller's GoLinks workspace (https://www.golinks.io). Returns a paginated, filterable history of admin-relevant changes such as go link creation/deletion, user management, SCIM, and developer tool events. The caller must be a workspace admin with permission to view the audit log, and the workspace must have the audit log feature enabled. Read-only. All filters (general_type, section, event_type, filter_uid, search) are optional. Call with no filters to get the most recent entries across the whole workspace, most recent first. Requires admin:read scope.
get_audit_logs
Get details for a single go link by name (keyword) or numeric ID. Exactly one of 'name' or 'gid' must be provided. Returns full details including owner, tags, redirect hit counts, and timestamps. Read-only.
get_golink
List go links in the user's GoLinks workspace (https://www.golinks.io). Returns a paginated list of company go links the token has access to. External OAuth tokens do not include private or unlisted links unless specifically granted. Use search_golinks for keyword-based lookup. Read-only.
list_golinks
Search for or list collections of go links in the user's GoLinks workspace (https://www.golinks.io). Returns the collection's numeric 'collid', name, description, and link counts. Use this to find a collection's numeric ID by name before passing it as 'collid' to search_golinks. Read-only. Requires search:read scope.
search_collections
Search for go links by keyword in the user's GoLinks workspace (https://www.golinks.io). Performs a fuzzy/relevance-ranked search across go link names, URLs, and descriptions, with optional filters for ownership/visibility, tags, collections, and recency. 'query' is optional — omit it to browse/list all go links matching the given filters (e.g. all of a user's links, or all links in a collection) without keyword matching. For fetching a specific go link by exact name/ID, use get_golink instead. Read-only. Requires search:read scope.
search_golinks
Search for or list users in the user's GoLinks workspace (https://www.golinks.io). Returns each user's numeric 'uid', name, username, email, and access level. Use this to resolve a person's name/email/username to their numeric uid before passing it as 'filter_uid' to get_audit_logs. Read-only. Requires users:read scope.
