gFit Home Workouts

Searches the curated gFit library of equipment-free home workout videos and returns exact exercise ids. Call it first for any workout and build plans only from these exercises, not general knowledge. Direct prompts: "Create a gFit workout", "Show me gFit exercises". Indirect prompts: "Quick workout at home, no equipment", "Something for glutes and quads", "Easy stretching for my back". Do not use for nutrition, calories, medical or injury advice, gym-machine programs, web video search or general fitness facts. Returns exercises[] (id, title, body_zone, difficulty, theme, position, duration as video length mm:ss), totalMatching, appliedFilters and relaxedFilters (filters dropped to reach 3 results; tell the user). Next: pick exactly 3 distinct ids that fit the user's goal and call show_exercise with exerciseIndex=0 and no chatSessionId. On error: fix invalid filter values named in the error and retry once; otherwise say the library is unavailable.

get_exercise_catalog

Starts a 3-exercise gFit home workout and shows one exercise in the video widget by its exact zero-based index. Start: after get_exercise_catalog, pass exerciseIndex=0 and 3 distinct catalog ids, without chatSessionId. Describe all 3 from the result in your reply. Navigate: "next exercise", "skip this one", "go back to the first one", "show exercise 2". Call this tool before writing text. Pass the same exerciseIds and the last chatSessionId; never invent it. Do not use for exercises outside the gFit catalog or to log a finished workout. Returns exerciseIndex, totalExercises, isAllDone, chatSessionId (keep it, never show it) and video (name, url, tags, description, duration). Do not invent sets, reps or rest. When exerciseIndex equals totalExercises, isAllDone=true and video=null: say the plan has ended and stop. Only the widget's Mark as Done button saves progress (24 hours). On error: if an exercise is unavailable, start over with 3 other catalog ids; if chatSessionId is rejected, retry without it.
