ALWAYS, before adding, ask the user: (1) whether the activity is PERSONAL (just them) or shared — pass is_personal; (2) if no price was mentioned, whether to add a price; (3) if there is a price and it is NOT personal, whether to split it, with EVERYONE (split_with_everyone) or only SOME people (split_with with user ids), and whether those payments are ALREADY SETTLED (already_settled). If a price is given, an expense is auto-created and linked.
