Evelyn Tarot

Use this whenever the user asks for their numerology life path number or what their birth date means numerologically. Calculates the number and returns its meaning. Call it rather than doing the arithmetic yourself.

get_life_path_number

Use this whenever the user asks whether two zodiac signs are compatible or how they match. Returns the score and the reading for the pairing. Do not estimate a compatibility figure yourself.

get_zodiac_compatibility

Call this ONLY after open_card_picker and only once the seeker has told you which numbers they choose. Pass the draw_token from open_card_picker, the same kind, and their numbers in the order they said them. Returns the real cards. Then write the full reading in the style the result describes — long, warm and personal, not a list of card meanings.

draw_reading

Use this whenever someone asks which tarot card they were born under, what their birth card, birth arcana or soul card is, or what a birth date says about them. It needs only a birth date — no card picking and no waiting. If the date is missing, ask for it and call this again.

get_birth_card

Use this whenever the user asks about a zodiac sign's reading, horoscope or what the week holds for a sign. Returns this week's text with the sign's dates and element. The weekly text changes, so always call it instead of writing a horoscope yourself.

get_zodiac_reading

Use this whenever the user asks about the moon phase, the current moon or moon guidance. Returns today's phase, illumination percentage and message. The phase depends on today's date, so always call it.

get_moon_phase

Use this whenever the user mentions seeing a repeating number such as 111, 444 or 1111 and asks what it means. Returns the meaning for that number. Do not answer from memory.

get_angel_number

Use this whenever the user asks what a specific tarot card means. Returns the authoritative meaning and keywords for one of the 78 cards by slug, for example 'the-fool', 'death' or 'three-of-cups'. Call it rather than answering from memory.

get_card_meaning

ALWAYS call this before any reading. It opens the face-down fan so the seeker can choose their own cards. It draws NOTHING and tells you nothing about the cards. The picker asks for their name, age and question ON SCREEN after they choose, so never ask for those in the chat first — just call this. After calling it, say one short line inviting them to choose and WAIT — never choose for them. NEVER call this when their last message already carries a draw_reading hint in brackets; call draw_reading instead, their cards are already chosen.

open_card_picker

Use this when the user asks for their card of the day or a single draw. It opens the face-down fan on screen so they choose their own card; it draws nothing and returns no card. Invite them to tap one card and WAIT, then call draw_reading with the draw_token and their number.
